RU💥 Fellas I can understand being a hard gainer. I was a tall skinny kid growing up and didn’t start to put on size and muscle until around my early-mid 20s. You have to understand how to properly train and feed your body so here’s a few tips.⬇️

💥 You MUST keep track of your caloric intake this will help prevent you from over eating and putting on a lot of body fat. Start within a slight surplus of 100-200 calories, prioritize protein 🍗🥚to feed the muscle, good carbohydrates🍚 🥔to give your muscle energy and healthy fats 🥑to also give you energy and support cell function.

💥TRAIN HARD!!! Provide your muscles with enough stimulus to grow. I would recommend higher rep ranges between 10-15 and a frequency of training each muscle group 2x a week. Also avoid doing TO MUCH cardio. 1-2 sessions of L.I.S.S (low intensity steady state) should be enough to keep off unwanted fat.

💥 HAVE SOME PATIENCE!!! Just like fat loss muscle and size gains take time. Don’t rush the process or you will do more harm than good. Listen to your body, get PLENTY of rest and recovery to attack your next training session hard.
