С июля 2025 Instagram индексируется в Google. Теперь ваши посты и рилсы могут находить люди не только внутри Инстаграма, но и в поисковике. Это значит, что текст под вашим видео становится ключом к органическому трафику.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization) — это использование ключевых слов и фраз, которые ваша аудитория вводит в поиск. Чем точнее вы их подбираете, тем выше шанс, что ваш контент найдут нужные люди.
Как писать текст с элементами SEO для рилс?
1️⃣ Определите тему
Например: «домашний уход за кожей».
2️⃣ Соберите ключи
Зайдите в Google, вбейте тему в формате вопроса:
👉 «как ухаживать за кожей дома»
Посмотрите блок «Вопросы других пользователей» — там будут готовые фразы от вашей ЦА.
3️⃣ Выберите 5–7 ключевых словосочетаний.
Примеры:
* уход за кожей в домашних условиях
* как убрать тусклый цвет лица
* лучшие средства для домашнего ухода
* как правильно наносить сыворотку
4️⃣ Используйте их в описании рилс или фото поста.
* В начале текста — один главный ключ (это повышает релевантность).
* В середине — вплетите ещё 2–3.
* В конце — лёгкий призыв к действию с ключом.

This ensured continuity when scenes had to be filmed out of order but still needed to reflect the changing timeline. The enchanted cookbook close-ups were filmed with a practical prop enhanced by hidden LED panels, allowing the glowing runes and shifting illustrations to brighten or dim in real time so the actresses could react naturally. Many of the swirling magic-light effects added in post were based on those real on-set light cues, giving the episode its seamless, grounded fantasy style.

2. Paramètres > « Moyens d’interagir avec vous » : Partage et réutilisation > Autorisez le partage de votre contenu > activer les 2 options : publications et reels dans les stories et stories dans les messages
Pour permettre les partages et ainsi augmenter ton engagement et ta chance d’être visible par plus de comptes.
3. Paramètres > « Votre application et vos contenus multimédias » : Qualité du contenu multimédia > Importer à la meilleure résolution ✅
Pour des vidéos de meilleure qualité, ce qui jouera dans l’envie de regarder tes vidéos jusqu’au bout.
4. Tableau de bord > « Vos outils » : Recommandations
Instagram te donne ici des outils pour améliorer tes performances au quotidien.
5. Paramètres > Commentaires > Publications et reels > Tout le monde ✅
Afin d’échanger avec ton audience et plus tu auras d’interactions, plus ton contenu sera envoyé sur des comptes de personnes qui ne te suivent pas encore.

MO📣 Announcing some changes to further reward original content on Instagram:
- First, when we find reposted content in recommendations, we will replace it with the original. We’ll also add a label to the repost linking back to the original, which will remain visible to the reposter’s followers.
- Second, we’re going to remove aggregators from recommendations if they repeatedly share unoriginal content that they didn’t enhance. To aggregator accounts out there: I recommend looking for ways to make content your own so you can continue to be recommended to people who don’t follow you.
These will roll out over the coming months, but I wanted to give an ample heads up. I expect a lot of opinions on this and I welcome them, so let me know what you think.
