You also may avoid certain areas, especially new or busy areas due to lack of confidence. With just a couple of simple moves you can start to improve your balance and reduce your worries ☝🏽 Join @foreverfitwithmitch and I as we show you 4️⃣ movements to help you practice your balance and stability so you feel free to walk anywhere and with whomever you’d like! Think about how much easier running errands, visiting friends, traveling and shopping would be if you didn’t have to worry you were going to fall 🙌🏼 Use these 4 movements as a warm up in the morning or before you’re going to head out somewhere.
