Today launched my favorite event - 2 Way Dynamic -
- we saw strong performances from some powerful teams; and I'm particularly proud of @emma_adventures_1 and @flyingguy12 , my own home team and passion project 🫶
I've watched them grow immensely in the last couple years into strong young athletes, with so much focus and dedication and an awesome tribe surrounding them with support. We set a goal some time ago, and this is a major step in its realization.
Here on their debut, they're holding their own in the Open Dive Pool, they won their first ever Battle ⚔️, they're flying with some of the best bodypilots in the world, and are handling themselves with maturity and poise beyond their years.
We are so proud. I am so proud. I could write about it all night but I will spare you for now Lol
There's a lot more going on than just Dynamic! FS and VFS are well underway, Freestyle finishes in the morning, more Dynamic follows in the evening, and the short, sweet Solo Speed rounds punctuate the spaces between, with a live stream running the whole time

ANSagging doesn’t start with skin.
It starts when tissues stop moving the way they’re supposed to.
When facial layers lose glide, the hyaluronic-rich matrix inside fascia becomes less dynamic. Hydration is not distributed well. The tissue feels denser, heavier.
Add muscle tension to that.
Chronic tension in the facial muscles compresses superficial blood and lymphatic vessels. Circulation slows. Drainage slows. Stagnation builds.
Now look at the frame of the face - the skeletal muscles of the head, especially the temporalis and masseter.
When this frame stays tight, it changes the vector of pull.
Instead of supporting outward and upward, it compresses inward.
That’s when tissue starts drifting toward the middle of the face.
Heaviness increases. Sagging becomes more visible.
This is not just aging.
It’s mechanics.
