I used to frequent this comic store with my brother, but even with him there, I'd have so many creepy interactions with other customers there that I eventually gave up going, and now I just read all my comics/manga online so I don't have to deal with people 🥲 it's actually really sad how unwelcoming certain fandom spaces can be for women, whether it's due to people quizzing you, talking down to you, pursuing you inappropriately, whatever, there's so many ways it can be hostile
