This spot has been on my list ever since I first tried egg coffee in Vietnam—a rich, velvety drink made by whipping egg yolks with sweetened condensed milk and pouring it over strong Vietnamese coffee. It’s just as delicious as I remember! I also had to try their pandan waffle, which has a vibrant green color and a subtly sweet, coconutty flavor thanks to pandan—a beloved ingredient in Southeast Asian desserts. Crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, it pairs perfectly with a cup of coffee. I even got to meet the owner, a lovely woman from Huế, Vietnam, who brings authentic flavors and warmth to this cozy café.
