TH“Your appendix is not a mistake.”
It is one of the colon’s best friends.
Often called the colon’s “oil can.”
It helps to lubricate the contents of the bowel as they move through.
And it releases an antibacterial fluid
for when what comes out of the small intestine is toxic.
Dogs can get away with a high‑meat diet.
Their gut is only 1 metre long.
Their stomach acid is 10 times stronger.
Food is in and out quickly.

If you are eating a lot of meat,

that meat is not just “sitting there.”
Meat putrefies.
