MO🇯🇵THE JET PROGRAM PART 1🇯🇵
hey everyone! i’ve spent the last 3.5 years in japan on the jet program and I thought it would be cool to chat about the whole experience through a new series! today’s first part will just go over what the program is, and how you apply. from here i plan to chat about what the first 6 months look like in part 2, and subsequently what being on the program for a long time looks like in part 3. if i feel like there’s more i could say, i’m happy to extend the series into more videos!
the jet program was founded in 1987 in an effort to internationalize local communities in japan by enhancing foreign language education. it is a great way to learn about japanese culture at the community level, connect with locals, and learn about Japan in ways you probably wouldn’t be able to otherwise!
