BLDietitian Tip 39: Protein-Packed Viral Dirty Martini Dip! If you love blue cheese stuffed olives, this is the dip for you! And no, there is no alcohol in this recipe 🍸🫒RECIPE BELOW:
High Protein Dirty Martini Dip:
INGREDIENTS:
- @wildechips protein chips, Salt & Vinegar flavor (adds an extra 10g protein!!)
-1 cup blended cottage cheese
-1 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
-1/2 cup chopped green olives
-1 TBSP olive brine
-Juice of 1 lemon
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp onion powder
-3 oz blue cheese
-handful of chopped dill
-1 green onion, chopped
-drizzle with olive oil (I used lemon)
HOW TO:
-blend cottage cheese, yogurt, olive brine, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, 1.5 oz blue cheese
-once blended, add in dill, green onion and olives - mix by hand because you want the chunks
-place in a serving dish, top with some blue cheese, olive oil and any other toppings
