TR🦋What’s it like to visit London’s “build your brunch” restaurant?!
I just got home for Easter and decided to take myself on a solo brunch to 📍 Willows in Clapham
✨ the vibe: it’s a super laidback spot, serving brunch during the day and becoming more of a wine bar at night. There’s a couple of normal tables but I sat by the window which is such a cozy nook
✨ the menu: they curate a seasonal menu inspired by Scandinavian smorgasbord - basically the idea of serving a range of fresh mini plates all in one platter. They’ve divided the menu into bakery, dairy, protein and greens which really helps with choosing and expect to see some interesting combos like hot honey grapefruit or tangy mustard with eggs. It all surprisingly paired well
✨ the cost - I don’t think they’re priced any higher than the average brunch spot in london. You can get 3-5 plates, I got 4 for £19. With my fresh juice and service charge, it don’t pass £30
