ENNervous in English? We don’t just say “I’m nervous.”
We say:
🫱🫱 My hands are clammy – my palms are sweaty or damp.
👁 My eye is twitching – my eyelid moves slightly on its own.
✋ My hand is shaking – my hand is unsteady from nerves.
💦 I’m sweating – my body produces more sweat because of stress.
💁♀️ I’m twirling my hair – I’m playing with my hair when I’m anxious.
👆 I’m tapping my fingers – I’m repeatedly hitting my fingers on a surface from impatience or stress.
Basically… I’m falling apart but in English 😂
