Boot your PC in Safe Mode. Press F8 during startup or try this power button trick:
Press the power button until the logo appears, then press and hold again until it shuts down.
Repeat 3-4 times until your PC boots into Windows Recovery Environment.
Select 'Troubleshoot' > 'Advanced options' > 'Advanced startup options' > 'Startup settings' > 'Restart'.
Open C drive, navigate to the Windows folder, find the System32 folder, and remove the problematic file.
Restart your PC and you're done!
