✨Only 2 spots remain ✨ The witches that come to my retreats feel a pull…into a new experience, adventure, rest. They long to be seen and heard and held in community. They hear a call toward deeper conversation, toward ritual that actually moves something inside them, toward a room full of women who think deeply about magic, life, grief, power. Many of the women who come tell me the same thing afterward: “I didn’t realize how much I needed this.” “I didn’t know what to expect but it was the best thing I’ve done for myself” Long dinners. Candles burning low. Conversation that stretches late into the night. Magic moving all around us. “Who knows why we were taught to fear the witches and not those that burned them or those who stood by, watching.” On March 1st, 1692, Sarah Good,Sarah Osborne, and Tituba, became the first three Salem residents to be charged with the crime of witchcraft. Authorities interrogated these women until later that day when Tituba confessed to the crime of Witchcraft. And so began the Salem Witch Trials. It’s easy to forget the history of Salem and the terrible things that happened while you’re walking down the beautiful streets of Salem and snapping all of your touristy pictures. But today let’s remember what happened to the innocent victims of the Salem Witch Trials. Please take a moment of silence today for the victims of this heinous crime. #salemmassachusetts #salemwitchtrials

Couldn’t handle women then, still can’t now ❤️‍🔥 I’m moved to tears every time I walk through this memorial in Salem. The energy is palpable. We will never forget the truth. From 1692-1693 14 women were hung in the Salem witch trials. Not for being witches, but for being deeply connected, intuitive and healing. 💔 💫 333 is a powerful, positive sign representing growth, creativity, and divine encouragement. Trust your intuition. That’s what you need to do today. Quiet the mind, listen to your deep inner knowing. 📍 Salem Witch Trials Memorial: Salem, Massachusetts #memorial #witches #women #history #reality

The Salem witch trials took place in 1692 in the Puritan community of Salem, where fear, religion, and superstition combined to create one of the most tragic episodes in early American history. It began when a few young girls started showing strange behavior screaming, convulsing, and accusing others of witchcraft and instead of seeking medical explanations, the community believed they were under the influence of the devil. Panic spread rapidly, and accusations turned into mass hysteria, with neighbors turning against each other. Many of those accused were women who didn’t fit societal norms widows, outspoken individuals, or those seen as different though some men and even children were also targeted. Courts accepted weak and imaginary “spectral evidence,” meaning dreams or visions were treated as proof, leading to unfair trials. By the end, about 200 people had been accused, 20 were executed, and many others suffered in prison. Eventually, the hysteria faded, and the community realized the injustice, later admitting that fear and blind belief had led to the destruction of innocent lives. #SalemWitchTrials #DarkHistory #HiddenHistory #WomenInHistory #HistoryReels

On this day in 1692, in the still frozen village of Salem, whispered fears hardened into accusations, and a season of shadows began. The first formal complaints of witchcraft were not just legal acts, they were energetic crossings, where suspicion stepped over the threshold of thought and wrote itself into reality. March 1st stands like a door frame between worlds, winter has not yet released its grip, but spring is already pressing at the edges, restless and insistent. It is the kind of day when the unseen seems closer when the air feels thin enough for prayers, curses, and quiet wishes to slip through. Those first Salem accusations rose in exactly such a liminal atmosphere, carrying the weight of a community's unspoken fears into the realm of spoken spell. To walk through March 1st is to choose how you cross that door. In one timeline, it is a path where hysteria, envy, and control are given power becoming storms that darken a whole season. In another timeline, it is the moment you reclaim the witch not as the hunted, but as the sovereign soul who refused to be burned for her knowing. The same threshold that once amplified paranoia can now amplify intention. Today, every small action is a kind of casting. The words you speak, the omens you notice, the stories you choose to believe about yourself and others, each is a thread that can colour the entire spring. Stand consciously at this doorway, release the old, fear woven narrative of witch as scapegoat, and step into a spring where your intuition is honoured, your difference is sacred, and your magic writes gentler futures than the past allowed. Let March 1st remember Salem, but not repeat it. Let it be the day when you look at the liminal light fell the edge of seasons shifting, and say; "My power will not be silenced. My choices today will bless the months ahead. #salemwitchtrials #numerology

March 1, 1692. It started with three women. A room. A question already sharpened into accusation. History calls it the Salem Witch Trials. I call it a warning. Fear is persuasive. It sounds like protection. It dresses itself in morality. It convinces ordinary people they are doing the right thing. More than 150 accused. Nineteen hanged. One pressed to death. No flames — just rope, stone, and certainty. As a witch, I do not romanticize this. I feel it in my bones as a reminder: When we let fear decide who is dangerous, we become more dangerous than the thing we fear. So today, I honor the names that were nearly erased. I honor the ones who were poor, different, inconvenient. I honor the truth that hysteria can look holy. May we never confuse accusation with evidence. May we never mistake panic for righteousness. May we remember how easily a whisper can become a noose. #pagan #witchcraft #witchesofinstagram #salemwitchtrials #salemwitch #honor #remember #persecution
