MEMBER-HIGHLIGHT @aliadam.99 has been coming and training at iron fortress gym over the past month and has made tremendous progress and gains. He first came to our run clubs on Saturday and even though he threw up a couple times during the run it didn’t stop him from coming back and getting stronger. Adam has been coming consistently and has knocked down his 3 mile time tremendously as well as getting stronger at calisthenics and streetlifting. Adam is prime example of what we stand for at iron fortress gym is pushing this people in this facility to the best versions of themselves. We are proud and honored to have him train at our gym and we are excited to see what the future holds for him. If we want to see the same kind of progress Adam has made come on by for a day pass or even come to our free weekly community workouts on Saturday which are completely free. All levels are welcomed we encourage everyone to come and we will help reach the best version of yourself #bodytransformations #calisthenics #bodyweighttraining #fitnessmotivation #weightedcalisthenics

Short on time but still wanna get a workout in. Is it possible? 💯 it is once done correctly. I believe If we are doing low-intensity training. You can warm up in that main set. Pick a weight that is not to hard or easy somewhere in middle. Do the first 5 reps in the movement at the right pace. The muscle gets warm. Do another 5 the muscle is staring to work. Those last 5-6 reps these are the reps that count. Stay locked in. Don’t the let the ego kick in just keep moving the weight the same as you did at the beginning. Take the muscle to failure. Then move on. You are done🙂
