Sauce:
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce

Wonton wrappers/roll patti
Mix 2tbsp of flour with 3-4 tbsp water to make slurry for sealing the wontons.
Oil for frying
Marinate chicken with all the ingredients. Cut roll patti or wonton wrappers into equal sizes squares. Place about 3/4 tsp of filling in the center, brush slurry on edges and fold the wonton into desired shape. Fry in hot oil on medium low till golden brown and cooked through.
SAUCE:
Cook all the sauce ingredients in a small pot over medium flame till slightly thickened. Stir in the sesame seeds in the end.
Serve hot wontons with sauce.

THEasy “Girl Dinner” Wonton Soup
(low effort, high comfort)
Serves: 1–2 (depending on the mood)
Ingredients
• Trader Joe’s chicken cilantro mini wontons (as many as you want)
• Good homemade chicken stock (especially collagen-rich / jiggly stock)
• Soy sauce, to taste
• Sesame oil, a few drops
• Crunchy chili oil, to taste
• Flaky salt, if needed
• Freshly cracked black pepper
• Green onions, sliced
Optional (if you have them):
• Fresh cilantro
• A handful of spinach or other quick-wilting greens
Instructions
1. Heat the stock
Add the stock to a small pot and warm over medium heat until fully melted and gently simmering.
2. Cook the wontons
Drop in the wontons and cook according to package directions (about 3–4 minutes), until they float and are tender.
3. Season the broth
Add soy sauce and a few drops of sesame oil. Taste and adjust — the broth should be savory but soft.
4. Finish & garnish
Add crunchy chili oil, a pinch of flaky salt if needed, black pepper, and green onions.
If using, stir in spinach just until wilted and finish with fresh cilantro.
5. Serve & swirl
Ladle into a bowl and give it a gentle swirl for maximum chili-oil moment.

8oz shredded three cheese blend
8oz cream cheese
8oz sour cream
3 jalapeños (chopped)
1 package bacon bits
12 wonton wraps
Instructions:
Combine shredded cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, jalapeños, and bacon bits in a large bowl. Prep each muffin tin with 1 wonton wrap (use a shot glass to press into slot evenly) and dollop 1-2 tbs cream cheese mixture into each wrap. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes and allow to cool. Enjoy! 😋

BRSPICY WONTONS Din Tai Fung-style. Use homemade or store-bought wontons… the magic is all in the sauce 🥟🔥
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- 1/2 tsp Sichuan pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp Chinese five spice powder
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp chilli oil
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
Place garlic, sugar, Sichuan pepper, five spice, chicken powder and chilli flakes in a bowl. Heat vegetable and chilli oil then pour over to sizzle. Mix in soy sauce and rice vinegar then toss through the steaming hot wontons. Toss well, garnish and eat immediately.
