I don’t like long study sessions because it’s quite physically-exhausting. So when I really have to do it, I make sure it’s super productive! 🎯Goal setting: Break down your material into manageable chunks and schedule study sessions for each. Be realistic about how much time you’ll need for each topic. 🍅Pomodoro Technique: I prefer 50/10. Basically, study for 50 mins then get a 10-min break and repeat. 🌧️Ambient Sounds: Rain sounds is my fav! It provides a calming and natural white noise that masks distractions without being distracting itself. 💧Hydration: When you’re dehydrated, your brain function slows down. Keep a reusable water bottle at your desk and take regular sips throughout your study session. 👯Company: Find a dedicated study buddy who shares your goals and can maintain focus during the sessions. Watching them work hard for their goals will definitely motivate you! If you haven’t found a study buddy yet, opt for my study with me videos! Maybe they would be helpful! #studygramvietnam #newstudygram #aestheticstudy #newstudygrammer #studyaccount #studycommunity #studyinspiration #studymotivation #astheticstudy #studyvlog #deskdecor #desksetup #studyview #studytips

Obviously everyday is quite different but on average I really focus on living a balanced life at uni because it’s important for me to have time for everything and not just uni work:) That being said, here are some tips on how I arrange my days/study system so I can work more efficiently and not burn myself out doing 10 hour library days! My uni work system: - 3-4 hrs of focused work on weekdays (i try and do this out the house ie on campus at the library but just in a place where I can be really focused is important) -> this time is so important as it’s how I get things done fast! I keep my phone away from me, set a timer and fully just focus and work through my to-do list with no distractions! - Weekends off unless there’s a deadline or I’m behind -> this is really important for me to aim towards because i work so much better when i know i have a break coming up and then i can prioritise social plans/things that fill my cup/other work on the weekends:) - I start assignments early + chip away at the 20-30 mins a day, I have a calendar with deadlines and plan in when I’ll start work on each so I’m not cramming last minute - I revise *selectively* - based on past-papers and what lecturers repeat - Flash cards only for complicated topics or definitions, I stopped making hundreds of flashcards because sometimes it was a bit of a waste of time - No note-taking/making stuff look pretty, I try to put things directly into ANKI or make practice questions and answers on Notion - I take real breaks (not feeling guilty about not working) and stop when my brain checks out, rest, and then start again:) I think keeping it light but consistent genuinely helps so much because I’m so much more productive now and just feel a lot more balanced! It is obviously very different depending on degrees etc. I’m aware but I always have these as things to aim towards:) #uni #unistudysystem #howtorevise #worksmarternotharder #smarternotharder #productivity #studyhacks #howtostudy #howistudy #university #college #collegehacks

How to Build a Routine for Working Students ⬇️ Save this post for later 🫶🏻 Balancing work and studies can feel overwhelming, but with the right routine and time-management it’s totally doable! I worked throughout my entire time as a student, so if you’re juggling a job alongside your coursework, here are some tips to help you stay on top of both: 🗓️ Start by listing all your shifts, classes, study sessions, and any other commitments like commutes. Using a planner or a digital tool like Notion, block out these times to get a clear overview of your week. ✔️ Prioritize your daily tasks: Identify the non-negotiables like work hours, deadlines, and study time. Organize your tasks based on importance and urgency, so you’re always focused on what truly matters. 🎧 Plan for commute times: Whether you’re taking public transport or driving, use this time wisely. You can listen to study materials, podcasts, or even use it as a mental break to reset before diving into your next task. 🕐 Structure your day in blocks: Dedicate specific time for work, study, meals, exercise, and rest. This creates a rhythm and helps maintain consistency, even when things get busy. Remember to review your routine every week. As things change—like your work schedule or deadlines—make adjustments to keep everything running smoothly. How to study 12 hours daily as a lazy student 12 hrs study is not easy but I’m giving you a routine that will change your life. 8:00am : wake up 8:00 to 9:00 : shower + exercise + breakfast 9:00 to 12:00 : study 1 12:00 to 2:00 : lunch and nap 2:00 to 6:00 : study 2 6:00 to 8:00 : scroll, friends, evening walk, dinner 8:00 to 11:00 : study 3 11:00 to 11:30 : break 11:30 to 1:30 : study 4 1:45 : sleep This routine is best for lazy students because there is 2 hrs of break in every study session. Tips: 1. When you start your study session, make sure you completely avoid cozy areas and your mobile phones. 2. Natural light is very important, so try to study in natural light. 3. When you take 2 hrs of break, you can sleep for some time to relax your mind. 4. You can also take a break for 2 to 5 minutes in between study sessions. 5. To make these long study hours easier, I use Oreate AI to turn my lectures into podcasts and flashcards, summarize notes instantly, and generate study outlines — so I spend more time focusing and less time organizing. 6. Constantly think about your goals.
