Here’s what happens????? 1️⃣You stop seeing muscle growth- Protein are building blocks of our body, protein gives your muscles to repair n build, without it your gains slows down! 2️⃣Recovery slows down- your muscles gets damaged during training, after lifting your muscles need protein to heal, if you skip soreness n tired ll be for longer time. 3️⃣You ll lose muscle- if your Deit is low on protein, your body ll break down for muscles for fuel. 4️⃣Energy drops-Protein balances energy levels n without it you feel tired . 5️⃣Workouts feel harder- Low protein can reduce stamina n poor performance. 6️⃣Body gets softer not lean - your body will get softer not stronger n muscles don’t grow n you may add with fat . Lifting won’t shape your body without protein. So overall no protein=no gains, more soreness n less energy n more fat .
