FRYamamoto in spring training and nothing has changed. My favorite part of his delivery is how he makes his delivery look so effortless. Part of Yamas training is using his whole body in the delivery. He does that super well by using gravity and his lower half to drive his throw and sets up his body to be able to put all of its energy into the ball at release.
