Being only 5ft2 ( and a half) 😬… I have always carried big, but baby number 3 hits different 🫣
My starting weight was 8 stone 4 and I am up to 10 stone 5 already! I put on 4 stone with my other 2 so I wasn’t expecting to be small this time but being 5 years older than my last pregnancy I am really feeling it.
I’m not going to lie I do not feel ‘blooming’ or ‘glowing’ I feel like an actual slug this time around, I just can’t get going and my motivation to train is slowly slipping away. I’m down to 1 weight training session per week and one session of pregnancy yoga. The excursive bike thats sat in my lounge… just gets looked at TBH 🥴
