3 reasons why cameras can’t capture all your beauty: 3 Cameras can’t capture the full spectrum of color. So your face may look more dull or pale. 2 Our eyes can adapt to light conditions. But cameras are limited. They tend to overexpose bright areas while underexposing dark areas. This causes a loss of detail. So you actually don’t see all of your face. 1 Cameras tend to make white look neutral, this causes colors to look washed out. Ever look at a photo and think you look washed out? Another reason you don’t look as good in a photos is the photo is 2 dimensional but your face is 3 dimensional. So the camera flattens your face. Now say it with me, “I am so much more beautiful than what that camera can capture”. You are more beautiful than you think. #mindsetshift #encouraging #encouragement

"How many of you are from consulting? Oh that's bad. You should do something. No seriously, I don't think there anything inherently evil in consulting, I think that without owning something over an extended period of time, like a few years, where one has a chance to take responsibility for one's recommendations, where one has to see one's recommendations through all action states and accumulate scare tissue for the mistakes and to picks oneself up off the ground and dust oneself off, one learns a fraction of what one can. Coming in and making recommendations and not owning the results, not owning the implementation, I think is a fraction of the value and a fraction of the opportunity to learn and get better. You do get a broad cut at companies but it's very thin, it's like a picture of a banana, you might get a very accurate picture but its only 2 dimensional, and without the experience of actually doing it you never get 3 dimensional, so you might have a lot of pictures on your walls, you can show it off to your friends, I've worked in bananas, I've worked in peaches, I've worked in grapes, but you never really taste it, that is what I think.

This adorable lady has already established herself as boss lady of the house ❤️ The process of painting a 3D portrait is a little different than most canvas and paper portrait artists. There are round edges all around, holes in the nose and pieces of wood that are glued together and disguised under paint. To the touch and eye, the snoot and nose are elevated, the ears out to the left and right excited as ever, the little happy smile all 3 dimensional to the way you would see them in real life. But what about color analysis & its stance on gold or silver for the seasons? Great question. ▪️it depends. A 4 season method will tell you warm seasons = gold cool seasons = silver BUT… if you’ve been here long enough you know a color analysis with @colormelight is not just about warm versus cool, because color is 3 dimensional. Color contains: Hue -temperature (warm/cool/neutral) Value -lightness or darkness of color Chroma -strength of color (soft/strong) Just like any color, metals are also a color. Yes, yellow gold leans warm & silver leans cool -BUT think about it- a metal can also be bright or soft, deep (think copper versus yellow gold) or light in pigment… With that said: 1. 3/4 of the population can do BOTH silver & gold. That right there should ease your worries. 2. Jewelry these days is often so small and unless you are wearing a silver turtleneck, those petite metals aren’t going to cast a major reflection on your complexion. 3. A color analysis is supposed to make your life easier not more complicated. If you love a specific metal, wear it. There is something to be said about wearing what you love!
