5-Day Lifting Split (PPL-UL): If you can only lift 5 days a week, this is how I would set it up. It allows for hitting a muscle group 2x per week, with a maximum of around 7 exercises in a session so you’re not there forever. Again I want you guys to think in terms of movement patterns- you do not have to do a specific exercise I listed, however the pattern is what we’re looking for. Example- if you can’t do a hacksquat then a smith machine squat works just as well. It’s all preferential. This is kinda like a skeleton for how I’d map out my week for training. You can also add in any isolation work that you deem necessary for any lacking muscle group, and also order these workouts in any order you’d like to. Otherwise- this is exactly what I’d do if I could only lift 5 days a week. If you have any questions let me know.

Here’s the plan that builds muscle, boosts power, and turns effort into results. — 🔥 DAY 1: CHEST & BACK The push-pull powerhouse day. Load up, lock in, go to war. • Bench Press – 4x8 • Incline Dumbbell Press – 4x10 • Pull-Ups (weighted if possible) – 4x8-10 • Bent-Over Barbell Rows – 4x10 • Cable Crossovers – 3x12 • Straight Arm Lat Pulldowns – 3x12 — 💪 DAY 2: SHOULDERS & ARMS Volume day. Carve the arms, cap the delts. • Seated Shoulder Press – 4x10 • Lateral Raises – 4x12 • Barbell Curls – 4x10 • Skull Crushers – 4x10 • Hammer Curls – 3x12 • Rope Pushdowns – 3x12 • Rear Delt Flys – 3x15 — 🔥 DAY 3: LEGS & ABS Leg day = growth day. Earn your respect under the bar. • Barbell Squats – 4x8 • Romanian Deadlifts – 4x10 • Walking Lunges – 3x12 per leg • Leg Press – 3x15 • Hanging Leg Raises – 3x15 • Weighted Decline Sit-Ups – 3x15 — 💥 DAY 4: CHEST, SHOULDERS & TRICEPS Upper body overload. Stretch, squeeze, destroy. • Incline Barbell Press – 4x8 • Arnold Press – 4x10 • Dips (weighted if possible) – 4x10 • Pec Deck Fly – 3x12 • Upright Rows – 3x12 • Overhead Dumbbell Extension – 3x12 — 💪 DAY 5: BACK & BICEPS Thickness, width, and peak. Finish strong. • Deadlifts – 4x6-8 • T-Bar Rows – 4x10 • Lat Pulldowns – 4x12 • Barbell Curls – 3x10 • Concentration Curls – 3x12 • Face Pulls – 3x15 (rear delts & traps finisher) — TIPS TO DOMINATE THIS SPLIT: ✔️ Lift heavy with clean form ✔️ Keep rest between sets 60–90s ✔️ Focus on progressive overload ✔️ Train like you mean it.
