At RLabs Tanzania, we value the time we get to spend together as a team to discuss what’s working, what needs improvement, and to revisit our mission, vision, and strategic plans. Towards the end of the summer, our senior staff spent three days together in Dar to do just that!
Complex problems require careful thought, testing, refining, and more testing - and being ready to admit if it’s not working. Our team believes that the time we’ve spent reflecting and discussing over the years is what has lead to so many successful trainings. Sticking with the discomfort of uncertainty and pushing through together to find solutions is what makes the training exceptional in the end!
