GLWhat I did when I got a big, painful cystic acne on my nose.
This wasn’t a normal pimple. It was deep, inflamed acne and squeezing it would’ve just caused scars.
I went to my GP, got put on antibiotics, waited for a dermatologist, and honestly my acne got worse.
For this nose cyst, I used a hydrocolloid bandage (basically a bigger pimple patch) to protect it, stop touching it, and let the inflammation calm down.
If you have acne-prone, sensitive skin and deal with cystic acne or deep pimples, this is how I avoid making it worse.

🟣 Thing 1: Ignoring my bloating.
→ I used to think bloating was normal. It’s not.
→ When your food isn’t being broken down properly, it ferments in your gut and feeds the wrong bacteria. That creates inflammation… and your skin pays for it.
🟣 Thing 2: Skipping meals or eating on the go.
→ Coffee for breakfast, random snacks, then a big dinner.
→ That constant blood sugar rollercoaster spikes cortisol all day long. More cortisol = more oil, more inflammation, more breakouts.
🟣 Thing 3: Going to bed late and waking up early.
→ Your skin repairs while you sleep.
→ Cut that time short and your body raises cortisol to keep you functioning. Now you’re not healing and more inflamed.
