Watching this back makes training look so fun ❤️‍🔥 I train a lottt and I train very hard, but it’s taken years of consistency to get here. My days and volume may seem a little crazy but it’s important to remember this will look different for everyone. Growing up in the sporting world has helped my body adapt from a young age, and the 4000 calories I eat daily support the energy I burn. Although you don’t see one here, rest days are super important for both recovery and growth. Sundays are usually my top pick but recently I have been jumping in a quick 30 minute session with the guys due to an upcoming CrossFit competition. Sharing an honest and real training split with you. Remember to listen to your body personally, fuel with intent and move with purpose. Don’t just do it because everyone else does, do it because you have goals to reach and to make yourself proud. Effort, intent, and pushing yourself will. Focus on: Lifting a little heavier each week Threshold session (HR data) did you really max out? Zone 2 is important but not every sessions an easy ride Doing hard things to get better at them Train with others to push yourself Training isn’t just therapy. It’s discipline too.
