Women with an average age of 53 who undertook 30 minutes of daily facial exercises for 20 weeks saw “significant improvement in upper and lower cheek fullness.” The study’s limitations included that participants consisted only of women, that there were many dropouts and a small sample size.⁠ ⁠ We might start with 10 minutes a day instead of 30 🙈⁠ ⁠ (You could also try Mosaic, our single daily supplement, which combats skin aging from the inside out and contains ingredients that are clinically proven to reduce fine lines and wrinkles and increase moisture content.)
