LISharing an update on Marshall💙
First I want to say this scan happened back in November so it’s been two months since and Marshall’s still doing great❤️
If you’re newer here, Marshall has hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) and we’ve been monitoring it closely with regular scans and appointments.
This visit showed some progression, so we started him on rapamycin (Felycin-CA1) and he’s now been on it for about six weeks! We’re continuing to work closely with his cardiologist and I’m doing everything I possibly can to give him the best life moving forward.
I wanted to share what these appointments actually look like. The scans, the process, and the reality of managing a heart condition in a cat because it’s not something you often get to see.
Marshall is still very much himself, and we’re focusing on making every day a good one 🤍 #hcm #pets #catsofinstagram #sphynx
