Also trying to put your hand in deeper is better and even holding in the bottom position for a second is also good. More information: After studying hand anatomy and looking at each individual hand muscle then applying the right technique to then target specific hand muscles. This will work the complete hand and give you the most functional, strong hands while adding hand thickness at the same time. This will also work the forearms as well so I put those exercises in as well. #forearmworkout
