Not to be dramatic… but this Oreo Cheesecake might be the best thing I’ve ever made. Comment ‘SEND RECIPE’ to get recipe or find it below 👇🏼 Only 5 ingredients in the filling (YES, FIVE), and it’s creamy, dreamy, and packed with Oreos. If you’ve never made cheesecake before, this one’s basically foolproof and obviously it tastes better from scratch. Made it once and now I get requests for it on repeat. 💁‍♀️ RECIPE Oreo Crust: * 30 Oreo cookies * 5 Tbsp melted butter Cheesecake Filling: * 3 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened * 4 large eggs * 2 tsp vanilla extract * 1 cup granulated sugar * 25 Oreo cookies, broken into chunks Ganache Topping: * ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips * 4 Tbsp butter * ¼ cup heavy cream * ½ tsp vanilla extract * 1 Tbsp powdered sugar Instructions 1. Make Crust: * Crush Oreos in a food processor. * Mix with melted butter. * Press into bottom and sides of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in fridge. 2. Preheat oven to 325°F. 3. Make Cheesecake: * Beat cream cheese until smooth. * Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sugar. * Stir in Oreo chunks. * Pour into crust and bake 60–70 minutes, until set but slightly soft in center. * Let cool completely. 4. Make Ganache: * Heat butter and cream until simmering. * Pour over chocolate chips in a bowl. Stir until smooth. * Add vanilla and powdered sugar. * Pour over cooled cheesecake. Full recipe + notes + FAQs below <3 Also my dress is linked in my bio on my ShopMy! It’s from @anthropologie & I bought it off @nuuly ♥️ NOTE I use instant yeast. If you’re using active dry yeast, make sure to activate it first in the water before adding it to the rest of the ingredients. Since I can’t fit the full recipe in the caption, it will be pinned in the comments underneath the continued FAQs/notes. There are three parts of the recipe shared in the comments I have pinned so make sure to click “view more replies” to see it all including the regular written recipe. 1. “Do I need to use yeast if I’m using sourdough?” Yes, since this is a quick yeasted bread recipe the yeast is doing all the work, but the sourdough is optional! Since it only has about 1.5 hours rise time, there’s not enough time for the sourdough to rise the dough. It is just there to add a little bit of flavor & texture (+ it’s a great way to use up any starter you have sitting in the fridge). If you don’t have sourdough, you can keep the recipe the same except you’re going to use increased flour & water measurements to make up for the volume of the sourdough. If you want to just use sourdough, the timeline & the measurements would be different and I haven’t tested it, but I definitely plan to create a fully sourdough version of this recipe! 2. “Can I make the dough ahead of time and bake it the next day?” Unfortunately I haven’t tested it yet! The only thing I’ve tested is eating them the next day after baking and they stay nice and soft and delicious. I just bake for a few minutes before serving to freshen up. As far as making the dough ahead of time, it’s definitely possible I just don’t know the exact timeline. You just have to be careful because they rise pretty quickly so it could be possible to overproof them. But a few of you have let me know you made the dough ahead of time and it worked out great. 3. “Does it matter if I use active sourdough vs discard?” Nope, either one is just fine. I’ve tested it with both and there is no difference, since there not enough time for the sourdough to start working anyways. #homemade #dinnerrolls #baking #sourdough

This recipe comes straight from my granny, and it’s been in our family for years. It’s buttery, soft, tender, and the perfect way to use up ripe bananas. I love mixing it in my fancy mixer, but honestly, it turns out amazing no matter how you make it. Ingredients • ½ cup butter • 2 eggs • 1½ cups sugar • 3 ripe bananas, mashed • 2 cups flour • 1½ tsp baking powder • 1 tsp baking soda • ½ cup buttermilk Instructions 1. Preheat Heat oven to 350°F and grease a standard bread pan. 2. Mash the Bananas Add the bananas to your mixer and blend until smooth. 3. Add Butter & Sugar Mix in the butter and sugar until soft and well combined. 4. Add Dry Ingredients Add eggs, flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix until combined. 5. Add Buttermilk Pour in the buttermilk and mix until just incorporated — don’t overmix. 6. Bake Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 50 minutes, or until the center no longer jiggles and a toothpick comes out clean. 7. Cool & Serve Let it cool slightly before slicing. 🫐 Blueberry muffins — ідеальні чорничні мафіни (EN recipe in the comments 👇) Неймовірно ніжні, соковиті всередині й з хрумким крамблом зверху — ці мафіни просто не залишають нікого байдужим😉Один з найкращих рецептів, що вдається завжди 💙 Інгредієнти на 12 шт: масло вершкове (розтоплене) – 120 г цукор – 180 г яйця – 2 шт. ванільний екстракт – 2 ч. л. сметана – 120 г пахта чи кефір – 120 г борошно – 250 г розпушувач – 1 ч. л. сода – 0,5 ч. л. сіль – 1/4 ч. л. чорниця чи лохина– 300 г Крамбл: масло – 60 г цукор – 40 г борошно – 70 г Як готувати: 1. Змішай сухі інгредієнти: борошно, розпушувач, соду й сіль. 2. В окремій мисці з’єднай розтоплене масло та цукор. Додай яйця, перемішай вінчиком, а потім додай ваніль, сметану та кефір (всі інгредієнти мають бути кімн. температури). 3. Об’єднай суху і вологу суміші, перемішай але тільки до обʼєднання)додай ягоди, в мене лохина. 4. Приготуй крамбл: розітри масло з цукром і борошном до крихти. 5. Розклади тісто у формочки, зверху посип крамблом. 6. Випікай при 220°C (420°F) — 5 хв, потім знизь до 180°C (350°F) і випікай ще 20-25хв. These cinnamon rolls are soft, fluffy, and extra gooey 🤍 Cold-fermented dough, a rich brown sugar–cinnamon filling, soaked with cream before baking, then finished with a smooth cream cheese frosting. Bakery-style comfort made at home. Soft & Gooey Cinnamon Rolls DOUGH • 2 eggs • ¼ cup sugar • 1 tbsp salt • 1 cup milk, lukewarm • 1 tbsp active dry or instant yeast • 12 tbsp butter, melted and cooled • 3¾ cups + 2 tbsp all-purpose flour, sifted then measured FILLING • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed • 3 tbsp ground cinnamon • 8 tbsp butter FROSTING • 4 oz butter • 4 oz cream cheese • 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar • 1 tsp vanilla Directions: Whisk eggs, sugar, and salt. Add milk and yeast, then melted butter. Mix in 1/2 flour then add the other half and knead until smooth and elastic and passes the windowpane. Transfer dough to a greased bowl, cover, and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Roll dough into a large rectangle, spread with cinnamon filling, cut into strips, and roll into buns. Place in a lined baking pan and let rise until puffy. Brush with heavy cream and bake at 375 until golden, about 15-20 minutes.
