_AI’ve been asked a couple times how jiujitsu molded my way of thinking growing up and I had nothing but positive and impactful things Ived overlooked about the way I am today . So here are ten reasons why I think all kids should train jiujitsu .
1. Real Self-Defense – They learn how to protect themselves without needing to be big or strong.its super important to learn how to defend yourself standing , on the floor and with someone on top you❗️
2.Social Skills & Friendship – A great way to build strong, real friendships and community.
3. 🧠 Improves Focus & Discipline – BJJ teaches kids to listen, think, and act with purpose.
4. Brings Back Real Physical Challenge – Most kids don’t run around and climb trees anymore. BJJ allows to explore the limits of their bodies, take hits, push themselves and grow stronger physically.
5. Teaches Resilience – Losing, tapping, getting smashed but always trying again, BJJ builds mental toughness to go again.
6. Keeps them grounded: after exams, homework and long days on feeding their brain in school it helps them disconnect and let off some steam and energy too this helps channel it into something positive and healthy habits.
7. Breaks the Screen Addiction – I grew up in a farm in Spain with plenty to do outside without my phone. Especially now, I see how little kids are always on their phones with social media/games. BJJ pulls kids from the digital world to real life ; socialising , being present and enjoying themselves

AFA woman in India has filed a police compla!nt against her husband, alleging she was dec£ived before marriage about his appearance, education, and income.
According to the FIR filed in Noida, Lavika Gupta married Sanyam Jain on January 16, 2024. She claims that before the wedding, she was promised a man with thick hair, but later discovered her husband was bald and wearing a hair patch.
Gupta also alleged that Jain misr£presented his education, claiming to hold a BCom degree when he had only completed Class 12, and overstated his income. She says these details influenced her decision to marry.
In addition, police confirmed the compla!nt includes allegations of physical ass∆ult during a trip abroad and pressure to bring m∆riju∆na from Thailand to India. The matter is currently under investigation.

I’m finding it super difficult to show up here. I have for such a long time now. I’m trying but it just feels ridiculous to keep posting as normal when people are being un al ived for ——————-. (Fill in the gaps).
Yes i realise that this video is of food but it seems to be the only way to get any eyes on anything..saying that, nothing i share is gaining any sort of traction so i hope the few that see this get what i am trying to say.
My Ramadan series came to a screeching halt, because a lady from G asked a content creator on Twitter to stop sharing food videos because they were starving. I don’t believe we come across things by accident…so i took it as a sign. I would never want to be the reason that a mother in G (which she was) feels worse than she already does (during the holy month of Ramadan)..
Then there’s the fact that so many people on here are just carrying on like nothing is happening at all..some are even collaborating with the very brands that are contributing to this madness.. the endless gaslighting is 🙃
I’m worried that we are losing what makes us human. How is any of this ok? How can anyone justify it?
