They serve the softest 𝙎𝙚𝙞𝙣𝙮𝙪 𝙍𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙨 (𝙈𝙞𝙡𝙠 𝙎𝙬𝙞𝙨𝙨 𝙍𝙤𝙡𝙡) and 𝙘𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙚. We tried the 𝙅𝙖𝙨𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙊𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚 𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙘𝙖𝙠𝙚 and 𝙏𝙖𝙧𝙤 𝙘𝙖𝙠𝙚. We also got their coffee mocktail, the 𝙎𝙞𝙜𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙩𝙮 𝙇𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚, as well as 𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙘𝙝𝙖 𝙇𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚. Our favourite was the Taro Cake, was light and moist. Dirty Latte was vv gao!! [🇲🇾🍵🆕] We finally tried this new cave-style café in JB… and we get the hype 👀 The space itself is super minimal with that cave aesthetic — very pretty, very photogenic. But more importantly, the matcha here is solid. Thick, smooth, not powdery at all, and super easy to drink. They also have different types of matcha and hojicha to choose from. What surprised us though? The food actually holds up. Smoked chawanmushi with a subtle sakura wood smokiness, plus a refreshing lime cold soba — simple, but done well.
