विक्रोळीकरांच्या हक्कावर डल्ला मारणाऱ्या बिल्डरचा पर्दाफाश! माझ्या विक्रोळी मतदारसंघातील ३२ एकर जमिनीवर रुणवाल बिल्डर (Runwal Builder) कडून मोठे डेव्हलपमेंट सुरू आहे. नियमानुसार, अशा मोठ्या प्रकल्पांमध्ये सरकारला PAP (Project Affected People) अंतर्गत घरे बांधून देणे बिल्डरला बंधनकारक असते. जेणेकरून भविष्यात रस्ते विकास किंवा इतर सरकारी कामांमुळे विस्थापित होणाऱ्या नागरिकांचे पुनर्वसन करता येईल. जेव्हा आमच्या भागातील रस्ता रुंदीकरणासाठी बाधित होणाऱ्या नागरिकांच्या पुनर्वसनाचा प्रश्न आला, तेव्हा आम्ही महापालिकेत (BMC) पाठपुरावा केला. त्यावेळी अत्यंत धक्कादायक माहिती समोर आली. बिल्डरने PAP साठी एक इमारत बांधली खरी, पण ती सरकारला हस्तांतरित करण्याऐवजी परस्पर विकून टाकली! सरकारी कामासाठी राखीव असलेली ही घरे प्रत्येकी ७० ते ८० लाख रुपयांना खाजगी ग्राहकांना विकून बिल्डरने कोट्यवधींचा मलिदा लाटला आहे.आज जेव्हा रस्ता रुंदीकरणासाठी सामान्य नागरिकांना घरांची गरज आहे, तेव्हा बिल्डरच्या या गैरकृत्यामुळे सरकारकडे जागाच उपलब्ध नाही.ज्यामुळे रस्ता रुंदीकरण थांबले. हे उघडपणे झालेले गैरकृत्य असून, सरकारी नियमांची ही सरळ सरळ पायमल्ली आहे. सरकारी हक्काची घरे परस्पर विकणाऱ्या या बिल्डरवर फौजदारी गुन्हा दाखल होणार का? या भ्रष्टाचारात सहभागी असलेल्या संबंधित अधिकाऱ्यांची चौकशी होणार का? हे प्रश्न लक्षवेधीच्या माध्यमातून आज सभागृहात मांडले. जोपर्यंत दोषींवर कारवाई होत नाही आणि माझ्या मतदारांना न्याय मिळत नाही, तोपर्यंत हा लढा थांबणार नाही! . . #VikhroliScam #RunwalBuilder #PAPScam #JusticeForVikhroli #LegislativeAssembly . .
