INLine throwing is a competitive pool event within sport lifesaving that tests speed accuracy and rescue technique. Athletes train to coil the rope efficiently control the weight and place the throw directly within reach on the first attempt. Strength matters far less than timing technique and consistency which is why elite competitors focus heavily on repetition and precision rather than brute force.
