DETOX SOUP? Well yes and no. It’s a beautiful delicious miso lemony soup that’s done in one pot and helps when I’m feeling ill, but it is not the ULTIMATE ELIXIR of detoxing. However, I go to this soup when I need a lift, if I’m feeling under the weather or if I want to feel proper healthy, which if you do too, then may I recommend a cookbook OUT NOW by me called Proper Healthy? Yeah? Get it? Got it? Have a party? Yeah? Baba ghanoush. Btw this recipe isn’t in the book, but the Immunity Soup with Crispy Tofu (pg 154) is VERY SIMILAR. Otherwise, do this for free. ingredients: - 3 spring onions - 1 big knob of ginger - 200g oyster mushrooms - 1/2 jar butter beans (hello @boldbeanco) - 70g frozen peas - 70g frozen edamame - 700ml reduced veggie stock (1 stock cube) - 1 heaped tsp white miso paste - 1 lemon’s zest (plus some juice to serve on top of the soup) - 1 handful baby spinach - 200g cooked rice/quinoa - Fresh coriander to serve - Also some chilli flakes if you fancy it. #properhealthy #detoxsoup #lovecooking

Ingredientes para o filé 250 gramas de filé Tomilho a gosto Manteiga a gosto Para a manteiga temperada: Meia cebola roxa, juliana Um pouco de molho de soja 1 colher de sopa de açúcar mascavo 250 gramas de manteiga em cubos 1/2 colher de chá de páprica Para o acompanhamento: Cogumelos a gosto Sal e pimenta a gosto Azeite a gosto Tomate cereja a gosto Cozinhe o filé: Sele o filé em uma frigideira com um pouco de manteiga, 5 minutos de cada lado. Tempere com tomilho. Termine de cozinhar o filé no forno a 100 graus Celsius por 5 minutos e depois deixe descansar por cerca de 10 minutos. Prepare a manteiga temperada: Refogue a cebola roxa cortada em juliana até ficar macia, depois acrescente um pouco de molho de soja e açúcar mascavo para caramelizar. Deixe a cebola esfriar. No liquidificador, misture a manteiga aos cubos, a cebola caramelizada e o colorau, batendo até obter uma mistura homogênea. Deixe a manteiga temperada esfriar e modele quenelles. Prepare o acompanhamento: Numa frigideira refogue os cogumelos com azeite, sal e pimenta. Adicione os tomates cereja no final do cozimento para aquecê-los ligeiramente. Prato: Sirva o filé de carne descansado com uma ou mais quenelles de manteiga temperada por cima. Made some mini quiches before I was told to keep off my leg 🦵 Mini Quiches 6 strips of bacon diced 🥓 2 onions diced 🧅 3 or 4 heaped spoons of garlic 🧄 Cup of cream 🧴 4-6 eggs 🥚 Grated cheese 🧀 3 -4 sheets puff pastry Salt 🧂 Pepper Tomatoes 🍅 Olive oil Method Cook bacon till crispy then drain on paper towel Add oil add onion , cook for about 5 mins add salt pepper, garlic add bacon back in pan Add eggs and cream in a jug add salt pepper and whisk Put puff pastry into greased muffin pans Add a little cheese, then the rest of the ingredients Cook in oven around 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes Enjoy 🤗 #miniquiches #cooking #homecooking #lovecooking #blindcook #rp #retinitispigmentosa #delicious #visionimpaired #lowvision
