When I started building funnels, I made every mistake in the book. ㅤ Most of them cost me millions. ㅤ After scaling Mindvalley from $30M to $150M, here are 5 funnel mistakes I never make anymore ⬇️⬇️⬇️ ㅤ 1. Sending traffic straight to registration → We used to drive ads directly to webinar sign-ups. Now we use a "Trojan Horse" first - a free calculator or assessment. Gets people invested before they even see the offer. Conversion jumped from 18% to 47%. ㅤ 2. One-email pitch after webinars → We'd send everything at once, price, stack, bonuses. Now we split it into 3 emails over 48 hours. Fence-sitters need multiple touches. Backend conversion went from 8% to 23%. ㅤ 3. Ignoring the confirmation page → Our thank-you page used to just say "thanks." Now it pre-sells the outcome with a 90-second video. Show-up rate jumped from 26% to 47% with this one change. ㅤ 4. Letting dead leads stay dead → We used to forget people who ghosted. Now we send a "breakup email" 30 days later. One client recovered $147k from a list they thought was worthless. ㅤ 5.
