Be careful not to burn. 3.Toss in the dry pasta, stirring to coat in the oil. 4.Pour in the chicken broth and simmer until the pasta absorbs all the liquid. 5.Stir in heavy cream, butter, and parmesan cheese until creamy. 6.Season with salt and pepper to taste. 7.Finish with a sprinkle of parsley and an extra pat of butter. Enjoy!

ONE POT SAUSAGE AND PRAWN PASTA This is probably the best one pot pasta you have ever made. If you follow me you know I always like to make my recipes with more protein - so why not use two?! And what’s a better combination for an Italian pasta than Italian sausage and prawns? Make this for your favourite people. ONE POT SAUSAGE AND PRAWN PASTA 6 Italian sausages 340 grams prawns 250 grams dry spaghetti 200 grams fresh spinach 2 cups grape tomatoes 8 cloves garlic 1 cup white wine 2 cups chicken broth 1 cup half&half cream 1 cup parmesan cheese 1 lemon Preheat a large pot and brown Italian sausage then set aside. Cook prawns in the same pot then set aside as well. Add spaghetti, spinach, grape tomatoes, chopped garlic, white wine, chicken broth, and half&half. Cover and bring to a simmer until pasta is al dente. Remove lid and add Parmesan cheese, lemon zest and lemon juice then toss and serve.

King, can you actually cook or do you just eat out all the time? I’m here to answer that question and to provide you with the simplest delicious pasta recipe. It’s just FIVE ingredients! 🍝 Even if you think you can’t cook, I’m sure you will still be able to pull this off without setting off the smoke detectors. Ingredients (Like Uncle Roger, I usually cook with feeling, but these are the approx. amounts): 10 cherry tomatoes 3 - 4 cloves of garlic 1 tsp salt (for the pasta water) 1 serving of spaghetti (56 grams, but I eyeball it to be about a bundle of noodles just a bit thicker than your thumb, but do whatever makes you happy) 1 tbsp of olive oil for the pan, don’t use extra virgin, save the fancy stuff for things you don’t cook. Instructions: Boil water in a pot, enough so that it can easily cover the spaghetti. While waiting for the water to boil, chop the garlic into small pieces and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. When the water starts to boil, toss in the salt, and put in the spaghetti. If you break the noodles to fit it into the pot, not only will I find you and The Pasta Queen will probably come for you too. While the pasta is boiling, fire up the pan (medium heat) and add the olive oil. Throw in the garlic and let it fry for about 30 seconds to infuse its flavors into the oil. Now, toss in the cherry tomatoes, after about a minute or if you see the garlic browning a bit too much, ladle in a bit of the pasta water to keep the garlic from burning, repeat if the water cooks off before the pasta is ready. Add the al dente pasta to the pan and incorporate it with the ingredients. Keep adding pasta water as required. You want the final dish to have a bit of liquid, but not a lot. It should just barely have liquid. When all is ready, plate it and if you want, decorate with some basil leaves and top with some fresh parmesan cheese. Congratulations, you’ve gone gourmet. PASTA ALLA GRICIA - 3 Ingredient Wonder Ep. 10 Hitting double digits in the series where I whip up easy, delicious recipes with just 3 main ingredients (or less) plus pantry essentials! This time, I’m making one of my all time favourite pastas! INGREDIENTS (makes 1 portion) Tonnarelli (or spaghetti/rigatoni) - 80g Pecorino Romano - 5 spoonfuls Guanciale - 100g Black pepper - as needed PROCEDURE Start by cutting the guanciale into thin strips (remove the rind). In a pan over medium heat, render the guanciale until crispy and golden, letting the fat melt out (no added oil needed). Once rendered, remove the crispy guanciale and set aside for topping later. Leave half of the fat in the pan and set half on the side. Add some freshly ground black pepper in the pan with the remaining fat. Meanwhile, cook your tonnarelli in lightly salted (or even non-salted) water — the guanciale and pecorino bring plenty of saltiness. In a bowl, mix the grated Pecorino Romano with some of the rendered guanciale fat and a splash of hot pasta water. Stir until it forms a smooth, creamy paste. When the pasta is al dente, transfer it directly to the pan with the guanciale fat and pepper using tongs (save some pasta water!). Let it finish cooking on high heat, tossing and adding a ladle of starchy pasta water if it gets too dry. Turn off the heat, let it cool for a minute or two (key to avoid clumping), then add the pecorino cream. Mix vigorously until the pasta is fully coated in the glossy sauce. Add more freshly ground black pepper, toss half of the guanciale, mix in, then plate, add more guanciale, more pecorino and black pepper… and buon appetito!

Add onions and cook until soft, golden & caramelized (8–10 mins). Cook pasta until al dente. Save ½ cup pasta water before draining. Add garlic to the onions and sauté until fragrant. Stir in chili crisp and cook for 1–2 mins to release flavor 🔥 Add paprika, black pepper, soy sauce & honey. Mix well. Pour in cream + parmesan, then add a splash of pasta water for a silky sauce. Add pasta and toss until glossy and coated. Let it simmer 1–2 mins to soak up all that flavor. Finish with parsley + extra chili oil on top 😍 20 minutes. Big flavors.
