BEI’ve been talking to a lot of people who are thinking of moving to Florida right now.

Florida is for people who can handle heat. Not vacation heat. Real humidity in August. Long summers. Sunshine almost every day.
Florida is for people who understand that living near the coast comes with different costs and different responsibilities.
And most importantly, Florida is for people who actually want the lifestyle.
Being outside.
Being near the water.
Taking advantage of the weather. Building something in a place that feels alive and full of momentum.
If you want quiet predictability and four full seasons, you may be happier somewhere else.
But if you want energy, opportunity, proximity to the ocean, and a place that feels like it’s moving forward, this state can completely change your life.
I was born and raised here.
I’ve watched it grow. And the people who thrive here are the ones who move with intention, not just because it’s trending.
So the question isn’t whether Florida is popular.
It’s whether Florida fits you.
