I love doing a cold ice plunge for my face but the ritual of making ice, putting it in a bowl filling it takes so much more time and effort than I’m willing to do 😅 This combined everything in one - fill the silicone tray with water, leave it to freeze and then just pop out the ice, extend the bowl and fill it with water for the fastest, easiest ice bath you will ever do for your skin!
