Even my studio classes on the reformer consist of a lot of Mat Pilates. Pilates does not have to be expensive at all, you can grab some small inexpensive props and have your own 🏡 home studio. Pilates is all about the instruction and alignment, which is where I can help you in that department 😁 My app www.PilatesBarreOndemand.com has hundreds of Pilates and barre classes for you to choose from. Now don’t get me wrong I LOVE Pilates equipment specially the reformer but it’s just to accessible to all of you and I’m here to tell you that you don’t need it to practice or start Pilates!
