Very often if you come across someone, especially on a dating app who says they are polyamorous and in a DADT relationship, I’ll just say proceed with caution or literally just stay away. Some call it that when they mean parallel polyamory (these are all just words anyways and some assign different meaning to them), but very often their partner doesn’t actually know they are on dating apps or even calling themselves polyamorous.
