Greek yogurt brownie batter Ingredients ½ cup full-fat Greek yogurt 2 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter 1½ tbsp honey or maple syrup ¼ cup protein powder chocolate or vanilla both work ¾ cup oat flour 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder ½ tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt 3 tbsp tbsp mini chocolate chips Instructions In a bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, almond butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth. Add protein powder, oat flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until a thick, brownie-batter-like dough forms. Fold in mini chocolate chips. When you can’t decide, pick both 😏 This protein Brookie dough (brownie and cookie) is everything you could ask for as a healthy sweet treat 🤭 High in protein, delicious, and will keep you full and satisfied for hours 😎 ✨Recipe✨ 120g of thick Greek yoghurt 25g of oat flour* 10g of cashew butter* (or nut butter of choice) 5g of powdered peanut butter* 5g of cocoa powder* 5-10g of dark chocolate chips* Maple syrup to taste Pinch of salt Splash of vanilla extract All ingredients marked with a *are from @prozis (code FITFOODIEJULES will give you a big discount + gifts!) Combine all the ingredients together (except cocoa powder). Olive Bagels stuffed with Cheese & Pesto 🥯🫒 SAVE this for your next snack idea! You’re going to want to make these on repeat 🤤 180 calories | 9 g protein | 27 g carbs | 4 g fat (Per bagel) Ingredients (makes 6): - 200 grams of self raising flour - 200 grams of protein Greek yoghurt - 20 grams of Monini pesto or any pesto - 30 grams of @eatlean shredded cheese - 80 grams of sliced olives (I used half black Kalamata olives & half Spanish stuffed green olives) - Italian herbs - Salt - Melted butter (brush on each bagel before cooking - optional) *If you use normal plain flour please add 1 tbsp of baking powder. How to make them: 1. Mix self raising flour, Greek yoghurt, Italian herbs, olives and salt in a bowl until it turns into dough. 2. Divide the dough into 6 sections. Add some extra flour onto a surface and roll out the dough forward and backwards one way to stretch out the dough. 3. Then add pesto and cheese on one side of the dough. Fold the sides inwards to roll the dough forwards into a log shape to keep everything together. Don’t over fill it with pesto and cheese as it will make it hard to keep it all together. 4. Once rolled into a log shape, connect the 2 ends together and stretch out the middle to create a bigger hole as this will close in as it cooks in the oven. 5. Brush melted butter on each bagel (optional). Then cook in the oven at 200 degrees Celicus (400 degrees Fahrenheit) for 25 minutes or until cooked. Times may vary. 6. Once cooked, serve & enjoy 🤍 You can store these in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze them as well. “these are healthy enough to have for breakfast” - me 🤭 peanut butter chocolate chip cookie dough truffles 1 cup peanut butter (the drippy kind) + 1 tablespoon for coating 1/2 cup maple syrup 3/4 cup almond flour 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder 1 flax egg (I tablespoon ground flaxseed mixed with 2 1/2 tablespoons of water, let sit for 5 minutes) 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 teaspoon pink or sea salt, plus more for sprinkling 2 cups mini chocolate chips, divided line a baking sheet or pan with parchment paper. add peanut butter and maple syrup to a large mixing bowl. using a handheld mixer, mix until well combined. add flax egg, almond flour, salt, and vanilla. mix until a dough forms. stir in 1/2 cup of the mini semi-sweet chocolate chips. scoop batter into 3 or so inch balls and place on parchment lined baking sheet. **the dough is sticky, so using wet hands to form the truffles helps! place in freezer for 15 minutes or so. place 1 tablespoon peanut butter and remaining 1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips in a small microwave safe bowl. microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and creamy. remove balls from the freezer. gently roll in chocolate bath and return to parchment-lined baking sheet. immediately sprinkle with pink or sea salt. let harden at room temperature or return to the freezer for 20 minutes. enjoy!! store any leftovers covered in the refrigerator🫶🏼 #momlifebelike #glutenfreerecipe #chocolatepeanutbutter #healthydesserts #proteinsnack
