Creamy Red Pesto Twists !! 🧚🏼‍♀️🫰🏼✨🥨 …& she is BACK IN THE ROOM with another puff pastry recipe because if a girl has half a jar of pesto in the fridge, what is she to do? (veggie diva life hack, the @sainsburys roasted red pepper pesto is VEGGIE & 89p hehe 😋😋😋😋) These were eaten in approximately 5 hours. My boyfriend doesn’t even like cheese but he said these were like little spicy garlic pesto bread sticks. High praise I fear. For 10 twists…👩🏼‍🍳 🥨 Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. 🥨 Mix together 2tbsp pesto, 1tbsp cream cheese, 1tsp chilli flakes, 1tsp dried parsley, salt & pepper and 1tsp of garlic. 🥨 Fold a sheet of puff pastry in half & cut it down the middle. 🥨 Spread your pesto mix over one half and then add a layer of finely grated cheese. Pop the other half of pastry on top of this & then cut into 10 strips. 🥨 Twist your strips and place them onto a lined baking tray before egg washing. 🥨 Pop into the oven for around 20 minutes or until golden brown. 🥨 Add a final grating of cheese & garnish with some dried parsley. Hot and sweet jalapeño popper puff pastries with ranch 🧡 COMMENT “NEED” and I’ll DM you the recipe! Back at it again with another puff pastry recipe😮‍💨 Ya’ll these are SO DAMN GOOD. If you love a good sweet and spicy combo with a little savory action, you need to try this. The candied jalapeños, creamy cheesy filling, and crispy puff pastry just work together like magic. And the ranch? It’s not optional..it ties it all together. It’s perfect for game day, hosting, or when you just want a bite that everyone will go crazy over. Trust me, these go fast.😮‍💨 •4 slices bacon (chopped) •3-4 tbsp jalapeños ( more if you like it extra spicy) (Trader Joe’s has them) •1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese •a little less than 1/2 cup freshly shredded mozzarella cheese •1 package puff pastry •1 tub chive whipped cream cheese (7.5 oz) •garlic powder+ salt & pepper ( season to your liking) •1 egg + a splash of water (for egg wash) •your favorite ranch dressing •fresh chives ( for garnish) Directions: 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chive cream cheese, seasonings, bacon, hot and sweet jalapeños, sharp cheddar and mozzarella. Mix until well combined. 2. Lightly flour your work surface. Gently roll out the puff pastry with a rolling pin, just enough to flatten it slightly. (don’t thin it out too much). 3. Cut the pastry into 6 even rectangles. Lightly score a smaller rectangle inside each piece, leaving about a 1/2 inch border around the edges. ( Don’t cut all the way through, this helps the edges puff up while the center holds the filling) 4. Spoon a couple tbsps of the cream cheese mixture into the center of each square. Spread into an even layer with the back of your spoon. 5. Brush the outer edges of the pastry with the egg wash. 6. Bake at 400 for 18-20 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown. 7. Remove for the oven, drizzle with ranch, garnish with chives, and serve immediately. ENJOY! P.S. You’ll have leftover filling , you can use it to make more with the second puff pastry, or save it for later in the week. The cream cheese mixture will last for about 4-5 days in the fridge.

Supersized Steak & Onion Hot Pockets 🥩🥐 This was my first time making hot pockets completely from scratch - fresh puff pastry makes a massive different flavour & texture wise ❤️ Full recipe below ⬇️ (if you want the puff pastry recipe, let me know below & ill drop it in the next hot pocket vid) 1. Slice a steak into very thin slices (Par-freezing will help with this) 2. Dice 1 white onion 3. Cook the steak in a pan with beef tallow & season with your favorite bbq rub (@coastnsmoke south west ❤️) 4: After 2 minutes add the onion To assemble the hot pockets 1. Lay one sheet of puff pastry down 2. Make 2 small piles of the meat & onion mixture 3. Grate a layer of provolone or mozzarella cheese on top 4. Coat the sides & middle of the puff pastry with a whisked egg to help stick 5. Layer another sheet of puff pastry down 6. Lightly press the edges making sure to avoid any air bubbles 7. Brush more egg wash on top & top with sesame rub (coast n smoke sesame rub coming in clutch again) 8. Bake at 200c for 20-30 mins til golden brown

I love this dish as it is high in protein and contains lots of veggies 🥰🥰. It works so well as an appetizer for your parties or late afternoon snack along with chai. pastéis de nata. after mostly baking cakes and cupcakes recently, i really missed making pastry💛 ~puff pastry recipe from @cupcakejemma✨ Recipe— 1. Make pastry (sorry didn’t film this bit!). in standmixer with dough hook, combine flour, salt and water to form dough. flour work surface and roughly shape dough in a square. cover with cling film and rest for 10mins. 2. Dust surface with plenty of flour, roll dough out 40x40cm, brush off excess flour, and spread ⅓ of very soft butter on ⅔ of dough. then use scraper to fold dough in thirds (fold unbuttered section in first). 3. Repeat step 2. Then roll dough out 45x50cm, trim edges, brush off excess flour and spread remaining ⅓ of butter all over. roll dough into a tight log. cut in half, cover with cling film and freeze for 1.5hrs. 4. Make custard mixture. mix egg yolks and sugar until well combined. then whisk in cornflour, then warm milk. strain mixture, cover and then refrigerate while doing next steps. 5. With one half of pastry dough, cut into 12. place each piece in cupcake tin and mould each pastry (if pastry too hard, leave for 15mins or until softens a bit). cover and refrigerate for 15mins. 6. Then pour custard mixture into each pastry tart. 7. Bake at 220°C (fan) for 25mins.
