Or download the app for coached workouts. 💪 Minimal Equipment Cardio for Moms (modifications included!!!) 1️⃣ burpees -or modify with plank step-outs -modify further by placing hands on a bench to take pressure off core & shoulders 2️⃣ jump rope -modify by doing hopping heel taps with no rope -modify further by just doing alternating heel taps across the body with no hopping 3️⃣ boxing - jab, jab, cross… jab cross cross… jab, cross, jab, jab -modify by just doing all jabs out front and don’t worry about using gloves and a bag… just ball up your fists and punch while making sure you feel that ‘snap back’ —- no punching like a “girl” —- doesn’t mean what it used to!! :45 work :15 rest 3 rounds 9 minutes -Don’t forget to do at least 3 minutes of dynamic warming up and also a cool down.

Ini quick workout ±15 menit yang bisa dicoba sebelum iftar. Low impact tapi tetap kena full body. Lakukan 3 ronde: • DB Squat — 10–12 reps • DB Romanian Deadlift — 10–12 reps • DB Floor Press — 10–12 reps • Bent Over Row — 10–12 reps • Dead Bug — 10 reps per side • Side Plank — 30 detik per side Rest 30 detik di antara setiap gerakan. Gunakan dumbbell ringan sampai sedang, sesuai kemampuan kalian. Fokus ke teknik dan kontrol gerakan. Kadang yang dibutuhkan tubuh bukan latihan lama, tapi tetap bergerak sedikit supaya badan terasa lebih enak sampai waktu berbuka. Save dulu kalau mau coba nanti 💪 #LowImpactFullBodyCircuit
