finished a month of doing 10 mins of rebounding every day & these are my thoughts: - when i first started, 10 mins seemed like a long time & now it flies by - my favorite time to do it is in the morning: starting with a simple routine to stimulate lymph flow & then hop on the rebounder - i feel energized & lighter after i bounce — as if areas where my body was holding stress have been released - i try to walk & move my body every day anyways, but i love how this is an added method of intentional movement & it’s so low impact - crazy to say from just 10 minutes a day but i feel like it actually toned my legs more?? anyone else into rebounding?! #rebounding #daily #lymphaticsystem #energy #movement

Last September, I was beginning to notice some sagging around my jawline! Here I am a little over a year later, and I am noticing the sagging has improved. One of the main reasons I started rebounding was to help my tight neck and shoulders. I never even thought about my jawline being helped by rebounding. At first, the main thing I was thankful for, is it helped lift my mood. I was feeling so much grief from losing my mom. The rebounder somehow helped lift my spirit! Over this past year, my muscles have become firmer too. I love getting my steps in on the rebounder! Typically, I go on the rebounder for about 30 minutes a day. I’m trying now to hop on it throughout the day.
