మీకు తెలుసా? ప్రభుత్వం మరియు దాని సంస్థల నుండి సమాచారం పొందే హక్కు మీకు ఉందని! RTI చట్టం గురించి మీరు తెలుసుకోవాల్సిన ముఖ్యమైన విషయాలు ఇవే:
👉 What is RTI? / RTI అంటే ఏమిటి?
The right to get information from the government and its organizations. / ప్రభుత్వం మరియు దాని సంస్థల నుండి సమాచారం పొందే హక్కు.
📝 How to Apply / దరఖాస్తు విధానం:
You can apply online or offline. / ఆన్లైన్లో లేదా ప్రత్యక్షంగా దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు.
💰 Fee / ఫీజు:
Just ₹10 (Free for Below Poverty Line families). / కేవలం రూ. 10 (దారిద్ర్య రేఖకు దిగువన ఉన్న కుటుంబాలకు ఉచితం).
⏳ Time Limit / కాలపరిమితి:
Usually within 30 days. / సాధారణంగా 30 రోజుల లోపు సమాచారం అందుతుంది.
⚖️ Appeals / అప్పీల్ ప్రక్రియ:
If you don't receive info in 30 days, you can file an appeal. / సమాచారం రాకపోతే 30 రోజుల తర్వాత అప్పీల్ (First/Second Appeal) చేసుకోవచ్చు.
🚫 Exemptions / మినహాయింపు:
Matters related to National Security are exempted. / దేశ భద్రతకు సంబంధించిన కొన్ని విషయాలకు మినహాయింపు ఉంటుంది.
🏢 Where to Submit / ఎవరికి సమర్పించాలి?
Applications must be given to the Public Information Officer (PIO). / పబ్లిక్ ఇన్ఫర్మేషన్ ఆఫీసర్ (PIO) కి దరఖాస్తు ఇవ్వాలి.
⚠️ Penalty / ఆలస్యమైతే:
The PIO can be fined for delaying the information. / సమాచారం ఇవ్వడంలో ఆలస్యం చేస్తే PIO కి జరిమానా విధించబడవచ్చు.
