Just watched Turandot ( Opera by Franco Alfano and Giacomo Puccini ) today at the Royal Ballet and Opera House in Covent Garden @royalballetandopera — such an incredible matinee performance! Over 2,000 people were there, and it was absolutely breathtaking.
From the powerful “In questa reggia” to the iconic “Nessun dorma,” every piece gave me goosebumps. And when they played “Mo Li Hua” (Jasmine Flower) — a tune we all grew up with — I honestly got a bit emotional. So beautiful and meaningful.
Of course, no filming was allowed during the show, so I only captured the curtain call to give you a little glimpse of the atmosphere. It was truly worth it. And just a gentle reminder — let’s be respectful audience members and not secretly record. The performers deserve our full attention and appreciation 👏👏❤️
