Have you heard of this moisturizer from Korea? Chances are, you may not have if you’re not familiar with the Korean skincare scene!
I’ve been eyeing this for quite a while as ir has held steady as a top 10 moisturizer on the HwaHae app (the most popular beauty app in Korea )
So when i went to Korea last year, I grabbed a tube! Finally I am reviewing it
TLDR
Very hydrating 💦
Plumps up fine lines ✨
Great for almost all skin types 🙌🏻
Simple, fuss free moisturizer ‼️
Hard to find outside of Korea 😭
Texture: the texture is an in between of a traditional cream and a gel cream. It feels creamy initially but bursts into hydration upon application. Absorbs super quickly and doesn’t have a sticky, greasy reside.
My opinion: this is so criminally underrated!! If you’re a guy that is lazy with skincare - this is perfect cos you can skip a serum. If you’re a skincare enthusiast like me, it works well with serum/ actives and doesn’t build up heavy or clog the pores. Great for sensitive skin too cos it’s really simply formulated without fragrance or alcohol.
The downside is sourcing it. Many online sellers don’t carry this and I only managed to get it when I was there in Korea’s olive young. OY global sells it but it’s so expensive compared to Korea
Will I repurchase? Yes if on sale! It was only $20+ for 2 TUBES in Korea! So like $11 for just ONE. Immediate buy if you ever go to Korea TRUST ME
Recommended for: All skin types, eapo combi skin. If you’re oily, this will be a great night cream. If you’re dry, this will be a great day cream. This is fragrance, essential oil and fragrance free too
