Biggest thing here is that I clearly don’t let anything she says or any smoke screens knock me off my pitch. If you pitch like this you are likely to sell atleast 50 percent of switchovers. This is the part of your apt where you are unraveling your clients pain points and getting a clear understanding why exactly you would be able to help them. REMEMBER, people DO NOT care about you or YOUR PRODUCT. they care about how it will directly affect them. You cannot present your solution to a problem they do not have. This is the time where you shut up and let your client yap. Your questions should be strategic and allow them to reveal what their True pain point is that will lead you to the sale later. 2. PRESENTATION- this is where you are explaining how accepting your offer will put them in a BETTER situation then they are currently in. You do this by BRIDGING THE GAP between their pain points to your offer DO NOT over complicate this or try to sound fancy you will confuse your prospect. 3. CLOSE - your close is only part of the process do not make it scarier than it needs to be!!! ASSUME that your client is accepting your offer due to you resolving their pain point and immediately move into the next steps (start the application) 4. HANDLING OBJECTIONS- you avoid objections when closing by addressing them through the apt instead of all at the end. You should be checking in w your prospect during the presentation to make sure that they are fully aware of what the real problems is and what the outcome will be if they follow through w your offer. Understand that if people tell you they need more time it’s because they truly need more INFORMATION from you, and you did not make it clear for them. When handling objection ADRESS AND MOVE ON. Answer their questions and move back into the close. 5.
