No cold calling strangers all day. No “I need money to make money.” Here’s the play: 1. Go where the buyers already are: Facebook Real Estate Investor Groups 2. Ask buyers what they want: “What area? What price? Cash? Beds/baths? Rehab level? Buy box?” 3. Matchmake like a pro: Find wholesalers posting deals that fit the buyer’s buy box 4. JV the deal: Message the wholesaler: “I have a buyer for this—open to a JV?” 5. Get paid at closing: Most JVs are 50/50… so a $10,000 assignment = $5,000 to you …for sending a few messages and connecting the dots. My mom is in her 60s. Not techy. Not “Facebook savvy.” She just loves getting paid… and she’s made thousands doing exactly this. If she can do it, you can do it.
