The keys to better sleep are 🧠 training your brain on light (waking) vs dark (sleeping) 🧠 mimicking what the brain and body do during sleep - cooler body temperature and dreaming. To improve your sleep start by... 🌙 Getting sunlight first thing in the morning. 🌙 Meditating or visualizing a relaxing place before bed. 🌙 Lowering the temperature. 🌙 Making sure it is super dark when you go to sleep. 🌙 Putting away your screens at least 30 minutes (ideally more) before bed.
