In practice i have found that the hips, back and psoas and the root source of most discomfort and pain in pregnancy and most fetal presentation issues in labour. THIS IS INCREDIBLE FOR POSTERIOR PRESENTATION in pregnancy and labour This stretch is for: - Women who sit for work all day - Women who carry children while pregnant - Women who exercise to release - Women who don’t exercise and have a stagnant body to release - Women who have tattoos on their hips, back, legs, shoulders (the scar tissue pulls the fascia and creates misalignment) - Women with SI or Pelvic Girdle pain - Women that are hyper mobile - they can amazing release from this also - Women who have had any injuries or fallen EVERY WOMAN!
